The occurrence
On at 1500 Eastern Daylight Time, a privately registered Mooney M20J aircraft with one pilot and one passenger on board landed on Runway 30 at Sundridge South River Airport in Ontario. During the landing, the aircraft bounced several times, and a go-around was conducted. The aircraft then crashed into the forest, approximately 1300 feet from the departure end of the runway. Both occupants were fatally injured, and the aircraft was destroyed.

On 30 November 2021, at 1754 Eastern Standard Time, the Embraer EMB-505 (Phenom 300E) (registration C-GRIA, serial number 50500566) aircraft, operated by I.M.P. Group Limited, departed Montréal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (CYUL), Quebec, for an instrument flight rules flight to Kingston/Norman Rogers Airport (CYGK), Ontario, with 2 pilots on board.

The occurrence
On , a Beechcraft King Air BE20 aircraft operated by Keewatin Air was conducting flight KEW204 from Winnipeg, MB (CYWG) to Sanikiluaq, NU (CYSK) with 2 passengers and 2 crew members on board. While conducting a missed approach on Runway 29, the aircraft deviated from its intended path on the ground and went off the side of the runway. One of the passengers sustained minor injuries and the aircraft sustained substantial damage.
