Investigation report: January 2020 fire on board a fishing vessel in Harbour Grace, Newfoundland and Labrador
Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, 12 November 2020 — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (M20A0003) into the 29 January 2020 fire on board fishing vessel Newfoundland Lynx in Harbour Grace, Newfoundland and Labrador.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
