The Transportation Safety Board of Canada Issues Update into the Fatal Crash of a Seair Seaplane at Lyall Harbour, British Columbia

(Gatineau, Quebec, January 26, 2010) – The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will hold a media availability on January 28, 2010, to provide an update on the TSB investigation (A09P0397) into the fatal crash at Lyall Harbour, Saturna Island, British Columbia, on November 29, 2009.

The Investigator-in-Charge, Mr. Bill Yearwood, will be available to answer questions and provide interviews on site. Mr. Yves Jolicoeur, Senior Investigator – Air Investigations, will be available by telephone to answer questions in French.
